Cancellation Policy

🗓️ Booking & Cancellation Appointments cannot be booked within 24 hours of the scheduled time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a $50 late cancellation fee. No-call, no-show appointments will also incur a $50 fee. All future appointments will be paused or canceled until the fee is paid. Due to high demand, sessions are pre-booked. Frequent cancellations or inconsistent attendance may result in the termination of your package without a refund. 🕰️ Arrival & Punctuality Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. If you arrive late, your session will be shortened by the amount of time you were late. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you may be charged a late fee and asked to reschedule. 🌧️ Weather Policy In the event of severe weather, appointments will be rescheduled at no charge. Clients will be notified ahead of their appointment time. 🔁 Appointment Reminders & Rescheduling Elevé Spa may notify you if other appointment times become available near your scheduled session. You’ll have the option to reschedule or keep your original time. 🧘‍♀️ What to Wear & Bring Wear loose, comfortable clothing to your appointment. Avoid items that you don’t want stained by oil. Slip-on shoes are recommended. Bring the following to every session: A hair tie A full water bottle 📋 Pre-Care & After-Care Compliance You must follow all pre-care and after-care instructions provided. Failure to do so may result in suboptimal results and will not be the responsibility of Elevé Spa. 👥 Preferred Therapist Policy We are happy to honor therapist preferences when availability allows. Please note: Requests for a specific therapist are not guaranteed but will be accommodated when possible. If you require specific days or times, flexibility with either therapist may be necessary to secure your appointment. Our team works collaboratively, and all therapists are trained in the same techniques to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
